Intentional Design + Architectural Renovations
House of Hospod is a boutique New York–based studio specializing in residential interior design and comprehensive renovations. Led by Paulina Hospod, the practice brings together architectural vision, refined materiality, and a deeply personal approach to creating homes.
From initial concept through construction and the finishing details, each residence is thoughtfully tailored to its inhabitants. Supported by a dedicated in-house construction team and specialist craftspeople, the studio brings design and execution together in a cohesive, considered whole.

Spaces with a Story
A selection of thoughtfully designed homes
Every home begins with a story—its architecture, its surroundings, and the people who inhabit it.
Through intentional design and considered renovations, House of Hospod creates residences that are deeply personal, thoughtfully detailed, and designed to evolve with the lives lived within them.

Design & Transformation
From deeply considered interiors to comprehensive residential renovations, House of Hospod brings creative vision and thoughtful execution together.
Our approach extends beyond the design process, allowing us to carry each vision through construction with our dedicated in-house team. Whether reimagining a Manhattan apartment or transforming a historic Brooklyn townhouse, we approach every project with an appreciation for architectural character, craftsmanship, and the details that make a home distinctly personal.
